The impacts on early literacy and the relevance of active pedagogical approaches will be explored. The bibliographic research aims to consolidate the theoretical basis for the application and validation of the "What if..." methodology, questioning the pedagogical limits of the "Once upon a time..." in educational contexts. This article will use the term "stories" to refer to playful tales unrelated to true facts from the scientific field of history.
