The central problem lies in the cognitive dispersion generated by the "attention economy" and the subordination of students to traditional didactic models, which are often disconnected from contemporary interactive dynamics. Based on the critical theory of Gaudêncio Frigotto ( 1995) and the cognitive neuroscience of Nicholas Carr (2011), the study investigates how the transition from passive digital entertainment to gamified and intentional engagement can recapture students' deep attention. The methodology adopted was action research, with empirical validation carried out through institutional partnerships and data analysis (learning analytics) collected between March and May 2026. The results demonstrate that a simplified design interface, combined with microlearning strategies (pedagogical reels) and Artificial Intelligence-based mentoring, fosters engagement, academic persistence, and the construction of a "living curriculum." It is concluded that the platform acts as a necessary cultural mediation, aligning pedagogical practice with the requirements of integral human formation and compliance with new digital security frameworks (Digital Statute of Children and Adolescents).pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilProfissionalEducação TecnológicaGestão EducacionalEconomia da AtençãoGamificaçãoKoletividadeRede SocialA rede social educativa koletividade como estratégia de gestão para a permanência, o êxito e a formação humana integral na educação profissional e tecnológicatcc_especializacaoCIENCIAS HUMANASCIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO
