The analysis considers the evolution of public policies and training programs, with special attention to recent initiatives such as Saúde com Agente and Mais Saúde com Agente. In addition to pedagogical, structural, and sociocultural aspects, the study emphasizes the relevance of Science Education as a key component of professional practice, fostering a critical understanding of the social determinants of health.
