The research problem focuses on identifying the mainchallenges faced during the curricular implementation of the Full-Time High Scool program at the Geraldo da Silva Pinto Scool-located in the municipality of Alto Alegre, Roraima-and understanding how these challenges influence the students' holistic development. The gereral objective of the research is to analyze the main challenges related to the curricular implementation of the Full-Time HighScool programa at the Geraldo da Silva Pinto State Scool, seeking to understand their implact onthe educacional process and the students' holistic development. The reseach is characterized as qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive, utilizing a case study approach at the Geraldo da Silva Pinto State Scool in Alto Alegre, Roraima. Methodological procedures involved a literature review on Full-Time High Scool education and Professional and Technological Education, as well as a documents analysis of the Political-Pedagogical Project, teaching plans, and othee institutional documentation of the Full-Time curricular organization. It is concluded, therefore, trat the effective implementation of the Full-Time curricular requires not only curricularchanges but also adequate institutional conditions to ensure a holistic, critical, and profissional education for the students of the Geraldo da Silva Pinto State Scool in Alto Alegre, Roraima.
