However, many public schools in the state of Roraima still face limitations related to infrastructure and the lack of laboratories, making it difficult to carry out practical activities. In this context, the present study aimed to analyze the contributions of lowcost experimentation to the teaching of Natural Sciences in the educational context of Roraima. This study consists of a systematized literature review, developed through searches conducted in Google Scholar, the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the qualitative analysis of 15 selected studies organized into thematic categories. The analyzed studies were published between 2016 and 2024. The results suggest that the main low-cost experimentation strategies involve the use of accessible and recyclable materials, as well as resources from the Amazon region, enabling the development of practical activities even in contexts with structural limitations. The analyzed studies indicate that these practices increase students' interest and participation, enhance the understanding of scientific concepts, bring scientific knowledge closer to the local reality, and stimulate critical and investigative thinking. However, challenges related to school infrastructure, pedagogical planning, and teacher training were also identified.
