In a scenario increasingly marked by the presence of digital technologies in the educational process, it is essential to understand how professors incorporate these resources into their pedagogical practices and what difficulties they still face throughout this process. The study aims to analyze the challenges faced by higher education professors in using Virtual Learning Environments in Professional and Technological Education, identifying training opportunities that may contribute to improving pedagogical practices. This is a qualitative study to be conducted through the application of a questionnaire to higher education professors, using the Google Forms platform. The study is expected to reveal training needs related both to pedagogical knowledge and to the use of digital technologies, highlighting the need for more specific and contextualized training initiatives. As a contribution, the study intends to propose teacher training strategies focused on the pedagogical use of VLEs, aiming to strengthen teaching and learning practices within the context of Professional and Technological Education.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilFormação docenteAmbientes virtuais de aprendizagemEducação Profissional e TecnológicaEnsino superiorFormação docente para o uso de Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem: desafios e possibilidades no contexto da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica no ensino superiortcc_especializacaoCIENCIAS HUMANAS
