Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas) - Instituto Federal de Ciências e Tecnologia de Roraima, Boa Vista, 2026.https://repositorio.ifrr.edu.br/handle/123456789/544Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) constitute a significant public health issue, especially among adolescents, who often have insufficient knowledge about transmission routes and prevention methods. In this context, schools play a fundamental role in health promotion and in the development of students' citizenship. This study aims to propose a sequence of pedagogical activities focused on addressing STIs in Biology classes for high school students. It is a pedagogical proposal with a qualitative and descriptive approach, based on a bibliographic review of sexual education, Biology teaching, and STI prevention. The proposal includes dialogued classes, discussion circles, collaborative activities, and the production of educational materials, seeking to promote meaningful learning and raise students' awareness of the topic. The didactic sequence developed is grounded in participatory methodologies that value students' prior knowledge and encourage dialogue about sexual health, prevention, and self-care. Through dialogued classes, discussion circles, case studies, and the production of educational materials, the proposal seeks to foster the construction of scientific knowledge, the development of critical thinking, and the adoption of preventive attitudes related to Sexually Transmitted Infections. It is concluded that the pedagogical proposal has the potential to contribute to Biology teaching by promoting a contextualized and meaningful approach to STIs, integrating scientific knowledge and health education. Furthermore, it represents a strategy capable of strengthening awareness and prevention actions within the school environment, contributing to the comprehensive development of students.pt-BRAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilInfecções sexualmente transmissíveisEnsino de biologiaEducação sexualPromoção da saúdeSequência didáticaA abordagem das infecções sexualmente transmissíveis no contexto escolartcc_graduacaoCIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO::ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEMCIENCIAS BIOLOGICAS
