Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Licenciatura em Pedagogia) – Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Roraima, Boa Vista, Boa Vista, 2026.https://repositorio.ifrr.edu.br/handle/123456789/394This article is an experience report that aims to analyze the contributions of the Institutional Scholarship Program for Teaching Initiation (PIBID) to initial teacher education in Pedagogy, with a focus on Specialized Educational Assistance (SEA). The experience took place between February and April 2026 in the Multifunctional Resource Room (MRR) of a public school in Boa Vista, under the supervision of the Federal Institute of Roraima (IFRR). The activities involved the supervising teacher, students receiving special education services, and undergraduate scholarship holders. The main actions included case studies, the development of the Specialized Educational Assistance Plan (SEAP), the production of adapted teaching materials, and institutional awareness campaigns on Down syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The results indicated that participation in the SEA environment enabled a meaningful integration of academic theory and school practice, contributing to the development of competencies related to pedagogical planning, the preparation of adapted teaching resources, and critical reflection on inclusive educational practices.
