The research was conducted with five students from the Business Administration program and one IEL/RR manager, using structured questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was guided by the theoretical framework of historical-critical pedagogy and comprehensive human formation, drawing on Saviani, Frigotto, Ciavatta, Ramos and Kuenzer. Results indicated that internships contribute significantly to the development of socioemotional competencies, understanding of the world of work, and expanded student autonomy. However, important limitations were found regarding the alignment between practical activities and curricular content, as well as gaps in pedagogical supervision and coordination between host companies and educational institutions. It is concluded that IEL/RR-mediated internships have relevant educational potential, but require improvements in pedagogical management mechanisms to fully achieve their educational purpose.pt-BRAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilEducação Profissional e TecnológicaFormação integralTrabalho como princípio educativoInstituto Euvaldo Lodi RoraimaEstágio supervisionadoAvaliação da contribuição do estágio na formação profissional: a Influência dos estágios oferecidos pelo IEL no desenvolvimento de competências técnicas e comportamentais de estudantes de EPT.tcc_especializacaoCIENCIAS HUMANASCIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO
