Regarding methodology, this was basic research, with field research, of a qualitative and quantitative nature. Data collection was carried out using a semi-structured questionnaire, with a sample of 13 participants selected non-probabilistically. The theoretical framework addressed the following themes: Lucas Law; the importance of basic first aid knowledge and school physical education. Data analysis was performed using content analysis. The results achieved included: identification of the main impacts regarding the educators' level of knowledge in an institutional emergency; raising awareness among professionals about the school developing first aid training programs.
