The discussion is grounded in the need to understand the issues identified in the scientific literature regarding the insufficient operational capacity of the UBS in the city of Boa Vista-RR, in light of the growing demand that affects service quality and user satisfaction in Primary Health Care. To achieve this objective, the methodology was developed through an integrative review of the literature with a qualitative approach, encompassing scientific productions published between 2017 and 2024. This timeframe was selected due to increased migratory flows, accelerated population growth, and the expansion of regional studies on the organization of Primary Care in Roraima. Articles, theses, dissertations, and other research addressing the structure of the health network, the distribution of units, the care dynamics, and the main challenges faced by Primary Health Care in the state were analyzed. Data treatment was carried out using content analysis, based on Bardin’s (1979) guidelines, including the stages of pre-analysis, material exploration, and the treatment and interpretation of results. From the synthesis of this evidence, the results indicate that the shortage of professionals, failures in screening processes, weaknesses in the scheduling system, and the high demand for low-complexity services are recurrent factors identified by the authors. Moreover, these elements are intensified by the regional characteristics of Roraima, which exert additional pressure on the health care network. It is concluded that overcrowding in the UBS results from structural and organizational conditions widely discussed in the literature, and that such aspects require the reorganization of care flows, expansion of installed capacity, and strengthening of Primary Care policies.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilSaúde PúblicaAtenção Primária à SaúdeSuperlotaçãoUnidades Básicas de SaúdeGestão em SaúdeRoraimaSuperlotação nas unidades básicas de saúde de Boa Vista: uma análise integrativa dos principais problemas enfrentados.tcc_graduacaoCIENCIAS DA SAUDE::SAUDE COLETIVACIENCIAS DA SAUDE::SAUDE COLETIVA::SAUDE PUBLICACIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS
