Thus, the present study aimed to analyze thepedagogical and socioeconomic viability of using WhatsApp in virtual learning systems, witha focus on mediation, affective bond, student permanence, and time management, highlightingits role in inclusive education and contextualizing the regulatory and structural challenges of the internet at the Federal Institute of Roraima (IFRR). Through a case studyandbibliographical research, the perceptions and relevant information regarding tutoring practicesfacing mobile technologies were gathered, analyzed, and interpreted.
