Estratégias pedagógicas para o ensino de botânica na região norte: uma revisão integrativa. 2026. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Ciências Biológicas) - Instituto Federal de Roraima, Boa Vista, 2026.https://repositorio.ifrr.edu.br/handle/123456789/542Botany teaching in Basic Education faces challenges related to the predominance of traditional approaches focused on the memorization of nomenclature and classifications, which contributes to students’ lack of interest and to the phenomenon of plant blindness. In the Northern Region of Brazil, this scenario gains particular relevance due to the high biodiversity of the Amazon and the potential for integrating scientific knowledge with traditional knowledge. In this context, the present study aimed to analyze the pedagogical strategies used in Botany teaching in Northern Brazil, identifying their contributions to the teaching and learning process and to the appreciation of regional biodiversity. This study consists of an integrative literature review with a qualitative approach, conducted between January and May 2026 using databases such as Google Scholar, CAPES Journal Portal, and SciELO. A total of 13 studies published between 2020 and 2026 were selected. The results showed that active methodologies, didactic sequences, practices in non-formal educational spaces, the use of digital resources, and ethnobotanical approaches have promoted content contextualization and increased student protagonism. Strategies such as the production of herbarium specimens, educational booklets, workshops, school gardens, and ethnobotanical mapping stood out. Ethnobotany, especially associated with the use of medicinal plants, proved to be an important tool for bringing school content closer to the Amazonian sociocultural reality. It is concluded that contextualized practices integrated with regional biodiversity contribute to more meaningful learning and to the appreciation of local knowledge.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilAmazôniaEtnobotânicaImpercepção botânicaPlantas medicinaisEstratégias pedagógicas para o ensino de botânica na região norte: uma revisão integrativatcc_graduacaoCIENCIAS BIOLOGICAS::BOTANICA::BOTANICA APLICADACIENCIAS BIOLOGICAS
