The study was developed based on experiences lived throughout the postgraduate course in Management of Professional and Technological Education, articulating formative trajectory, pedagogical practice, and critical reflections on the school context. The research aimed to reflect on the importance of digital inclusion as a fundamental element for the democratization of education and for the integral human development of PTE students.The methodology was based on bibliographic research, reflective analysis, observation of teaching practice, and the application of semi-structured questionnaires with teachers and students of Integrated Professional Education, considering the challenges faced by public schools located in inland regions. The study is grounded on authors such as Freire (1996), Saviani (2008; 2013), Frigotto (2010; 2018), Ramos (2011), Lemos (2015), and Lévy (1999), who discuss education, technology, integral formation, and social inclusion.The results show that inequalities in access to digital technologies directly interfere in the teaching and learning process, limiting student participation, pedagogical development, and school permanence. Furthermore, the study identified the need to strengthen public educational policies, continuing teacher education, and inclusive pedagogical strategies focused on the critical, ethical, and conscious use of digital technologies within Integrated Professional Education. It is concluded that Professional and Technological Education plays an important role in social transformation, especially when grounded in democratic, inclusive, and emancipatory principles capable of promoting a more human, critical, and accessible education.
