Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Licenciatura em Pedagogia) – Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Roraima, Boa Vista, Boa Vista, 2026.https://repositorio.ifrr.edu.br/handle/123456789/400The present article aims to report the experiences developed through pedagogical practice in Specialized Educational Assistance (SEA) with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who received support in the Multifunctional Resource Room at Monsenhor Bernardino Full-Time Municipal School, located in the municipality of Petrolina, Pernambuco. This study is characterized as qualitative and descriptive in nature, grounded in pedagogical practice and theoretical frameworks related to inclusive education. The pedagogical practices were planned according to the specific needs of the students, using playful activities, educational games, visual resources, hands-on materials, assistive technologies, and adapted strategies aimed at cognitive, social, and emotional development. During the support sessions, improvements were observed in the students' attention, concentration, communication, social interaction, autonomy, and participation in school activities. The results demonstrated that the use of diverse resources and inclusive methodologies contributed significantly to the teaching and learning process of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), promoting their inclusion, continued attendance, and active participation in the school environment. Furthermore, the importance of collaborative work among teachers, families, and the school team was highlighted as essential for fostering a more inclusive education.
