The main objective was to develop an educational resource that promotes individualized learning and values differences in the teaching process. The research was grounded in the importance of integrating inclusive education principles with personalized didactic strategies, considering the barriers faced by students with learning difficulties. Cytology content was chosen due to its relevance in the biology curriculum and its potential for visual and interactive pedagogical approaches. Theproposal was inspired by the researchers' own experiences with the Kumon methodology, organizing the material into progressive stages that prevent overload and facilitate autonomy in learning. The methodology used was a literature review, with a qualitative approach, based on articles published between 2021 and 2025 on platforms such as Lilacs, Periódicos Capes, Scielo, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria included texts addressing inclusive education in science teaching and the application of the Kumon methodology in school settings. Exclusion criteria involved studies outside the specified time frame and those unrelated to basic education. As a result, a didactic material was developed with accessible, visual, and interactive resources aimed at including students with cognitive, motor, and learning difficulties.
