The study starts from the following question: how does the literature discuss the importance of the school garden for the construction of socio-environmental knowledge, attitudes and practices in the Roraima context? To answer this, an integrative literature review was carried out, with a qualitative approach and descriptive-interpretative nature. The bibliographic survey took place on platforms such as Google Scholar, SciELO, CAPES and BDTD, prioritizing publications in Portuguese on Environmental Education, interdisciplinarity, sustainability and school gardens. Of the 33 productions initially identified, those that met the objectives and the time frame were selected. The results indicate that the school garden is a significant educational space that fosters the integration of theory and practice, encourages student participation, strengthens interdisciplinarity, and contributes to the development of values such as responsibility, cooperation, environmental care, and food awareness. In Roraima, it was found that scientific production on the subject is still limited, especially in public, rural, and indigenous schools.
