The study adopts a qualitative approach, of a bibliographic and documentary nature, examining Complementary Law No.053/2001, which establishes the Statute of Civil Public Servants of the State of Roraima. The research seeks to understand how the disciplinary regime contributes—or fails to contribute—to the consolidation of an efficient and morally sound administrative culture. It is found that, although the legislation presents a robust normative foundation, gaps persist in the effectiveness of the application of sanctions, revealing the need to improve the control and accountabilitymechanisms in the Roraima public service.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilGestão públicaEficiência administrativaPenalidades disciplinaresMoralidadeRoraimaAnálise crítica da aplicação das penalidades disciplinares no serviço público de Roraima: implicações para a eficiência e moralidade na gestão públicatcc_graduacaoCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO::ADMINISTRACAO PUBLICACIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO::ADMINISTRACAO PUBLICA::CONTABILIDADE E FINANCAS PUBLICASCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO::ADMINISTRACAO PUBLICA::POLITICA E PLANEJAMENTO GOVERNAMENTAISCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO::ADMINISTRACAO PUBLICA::ORGANIZACOES PUBLICASCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO::ADMINISTRACAO PUBLICA::ADMINISTRACAO DE PESSOAL
