It is based on the understanding that practices centered exclusively on copying, memorization, and repetition tend to restrict the participation of students who require different ways of accessing and expressing knowledge. The general objective was to analyze the teacher’s role in fostering creativity and organizing inclusive learning experiences. A qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive study was conducted through bibliographic, documentary, and field procedures. Data were produced from July to December 2025 through pedagogical observations, questionnaires, and conversations with five teachers from a municipal school; the Brazilian National Common Core Curriculum, the Brazilian Law on the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, and the Roraima Curriculum Document were also examined. The findings show that four participants sought to use more dynamic strategies, although they reported difficulties in fully implementing them, whereas one described a predominantly expository practice. In the observed situations, storytelling, games, dramatizations, artistic activities, open-ended challenges, and concrete materials were associated with greater student engagement, confidence, and participation. The study concludes that creativity, when intentionally planned and aligned with learning objectives, is a relevant dimension of teacher mediation, but its consolidation depends on continuing education, planning time, resources, and institutional support.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilMediação docentePráticas pedagógicasInclusão escolarAprendizagem significativaEnsino FundamentalO papel do professor no desenvolvimento da criatividade de alunos dos anos iniciais com dificuldades de aprendizagem em Mucajaí-RRtcc_graduacaoCIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOCIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOCIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO::ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM::METODOS E TECNICAS DE ENSINO
