Based on evidence observed in the daily school environment, it was identified that the lack of critical continuing education and unequal access to technology reinforce the educational duality and compromise student retention and success. The study draws upon authors such as Freire (1996), Saviani (2020), Frigotto (2018), Kuenzer (2005), Ramos (2012), Valente (1993), and Moran (2012), linking theory and practice to understand the contradictions inherent in the pedagogical management of VTE. The result is a critical analysis of the issue and an action plan with recommendations for school management, aiming to promote integral human development, overcome the pedagogy of exclusion, and foster student emancipation.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilEducação Profissional e TecnológicaCultura digitalEmancipaçãoFormação docenteMetodologias ativasFormação docente na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica : integração crítica da cultura digital e metodologias ativas para a inclusão e emancipação dos estudantestcc_especializacaoCIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO
