In this context, caregivers and classroom assistants play a relevant role, as their responsibilities go beyond basic care and are integrated into the educational process. This study aims to understand the contribution of these professionals to the effective implementation of the inseparability between care and education in the daily routine of Early Childhood Education. This is an experience report with a qualitative approach and descriptive nature, based on participant observation conducted in public Early Childhood Education institutions. The experiences revealed that these professionals contribute to the organization of school routines, strengthen affective bonds, promote inclusion, support pedagogical practices, and contribute to the construction of a welcoming environment conducive to children's development.
