In recent decades, digital resources such as educational software, interactive platforms, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence have been incorporated into the school context, expanding teaching and learning possibilities. The reviewed literature indicates that these tools contribute to the stimulation of essential cognitive skills, such as memory, attention, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and creativity, while also fostering students’ autonomy and motivation. Furthermore, active methodologies, such as flipped classroom, project-based learning, and blended learning, enhance the benefits of technology by positioning the student as the protagonist of the learning process. However, the effectiveness of this process directly depends on continuous teacher training, the available infrastructure, and consistent pedagogical planning. Studies also point out challenges, such as inequality of access and the risk of superficial use of digital tools.
