Gestão da educação profissional em saúde: estratégias inovadoras para a formação de técnicos em enfermagem. 2026. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Pós-Graduação) – Instituto Federal de Roraima, Novo Paraíso, 2026.https://repositorio.ifrr.edu.br/handle/123456789/512This research presents a literature review aimed at analyzing innovative strategies in the management of Professional Health Education focused on the training of nursing technicians, seeking to understand how active methodologies, digital technologies, and teaching-service integration can contribute to improving the educational process. Contemporary transformations in the fields of health and education require more flexible, critical, humanized pedagogical models aligned with the demands of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), making the adoption of innovative practices in educational management necessary. For the development of this study, a qualitative, bibliographic, and descriptive research approach was carried out, based on the analysis of scientific articles, institutional documents, educational legislation, and academic publications produced between 2020 and 2026. The results showed that active methodologies such as problem-based learning, clinical simulation, case studies, and the integration between theory and practice strengthen student autonomy, critical thinking, and the development of professional competencies. Furthermore, digital technologies and virtual learning environments were found to expand pedagogical possibilities and support continuing health education processes. The research also demonstrated that the integration between teaching, service, and community significantly contributes to a more humanized and contextualized education for nursing students. However, challenges related to institutional infrastructure, teacher training, digital inclusion, and curriculum reorganization still persist. Therefore, it is concluded that the management of Professional Health Education must invest in innovative strategies capable of strengthening the quality of technical nursing education, promoting professionals who are better prepared for ethical, critical, and problem-solving performance in health services.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilEducação Profissional em SaúdeTécnico em EnfermagemMetodologias AtivasTecnologias DigitaisGestão EducacionalGestão da educação profissional em saúde : estratégias inovadoras para a formação de técnicos em enfermagemtcc_especializacaoCIENCIAS HUMANASCIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO
