In Roraima, higher education in Public Management has been offered by the Federal Institute of Education of Roraima through the Higher Technology Program in Public Management. As this is still a developing field in Roraima’s job market, many graduates express uncertainties regarding their areas of professional practice. In this context, the aim of this article is to identify the various fields in which future public managers can work and contribute, highlighting the opportunities and possibilities available to them.
