The research is bibliographic, qualitative, and descriptive, based on academic databases and institutional repositories. The corpus of recent studies comprised publications from 2021 to 2025; classic authors and official documents were used as complementary foundations. The studies indicate that intentionally planned play supports cognitive, social, emotional, and linguistic development, expands interaction, and brings children closer to written culture in meaningful situations.
