The study aimed to understand the implementation and operation of the program, identifying institutional strategies and contributions to children's comprehensive development. This qualitative, descriptive experience report was based on observations of daily practices, pedagogical records, bibliographic and documentary research, and a structured interview with the school principal. The information was organized through content analysis. The results indicate that the full-time program, implemented in 2017, expanded pedagogical, cultural, recreational, and social experiences and strengthened the integration of care, education, and play. The main challenges concerned reorganizing routines, adapting spaces, professional development, and family participation. It is concluded that the program expands opportunities for learning, socialization, and development when supported by pedagogical planning, appropriate institutional conditions, and participation of the school community.pt-BRAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilEducação integralEducação infantilRelato de experiênciaPráticas pedagógicasDesafios e perspectivas da educação integral no Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil Eulina Pinto - CEIMEPtcc_graduacaoLINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::LETRAS::LITERATURA BRASILEIRACIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIA::PSICOLOGIA DO ENSINO E DA APRENDIZAGEM::ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM NA SALA DE AULACIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO
