The advance of digital technologies has demanded new pedagogical approaches capable of engaging with students’ realities and fostering more meaningful and interactive teaching and learning processes. Based on the contributions of authors such as Freire (1996), Rojo (2013), Kenski (2017), andMoran (2015), this study highlights the importance of a critical and contextualized education centered on student protagonism. The valorization of local cultural manifestations — such as popular festivities, oral traditions, dances, cuisine, and handicrafts — is understood as a strategy to strengthen identities, promote interdisciplinarity, and make learning closer to students’ daily lives. Methodologically, the research adopts a qualitative, exploratory, and propositional approach, structured in four stages: literature review, survey of school and cultural practices, development of a methodological proposal, and evaluation of its applicability. The results indicate that the integration between technology and culture contributes to the development of multiliteracies, enhances student participation, and promotes critical and creative learning.
